As the Director and Holistic Massage Therapist of Goddess Touch by Kay C Ltd, my role is to aid in my clients well-being and self-care investments by providing 5 star quality services with a feeling of peace, tranquility, healing and relaxation. With 5 years experience in massage therapy doing both mobile and day spa services, I would like my clients to be best supported in their healing journey within their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state by choosing from a variety of holistic and specialist treatments catered to their needs. This will allow my clients to feel relaxed, released and relieved in mind, body and spirit. I specialise, qualify and trained in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, CBD Massage, Indian Head Massage, Body Scrubs and Facials (Caudalie). Put yourself 1st!

- Create self care routines for your mornings or evenings (e.g. skin care routine)
- Love on yourself everyday with self love affirmations or mantras

- Book yourself a massage treatment, facials or an overall spa experience at a day spa or in your home with a mobile service
- Purchase a course of treatments to help maintain a consistent routine of self care within your busy lifestyle
- Sign up to a local gym and attend at least 3 days a week, join classes or get a personal trainer
Create healthy habits for your mind, body and spirit
- Meditate/Pray (guided meditation)
- Journal (write to your inner child, to yourself and in a goal planner)

- Hydrate (loads of water daily)
- Eat healthier (more fruit and vegetables in your diet)

- Quit habits such as smoking or alcohol consumption
- Pamper yourself (dates with yourself, spa day, mini solo vacation, etc).
