AFTER CARE ADVICE
It is extremely important as clients to follow the after care advice after your treatments as this will help in improving your recovery.
- Rest - your body needs this, due to the release of toxins and the release of healing energies. Rest is advised to help in the healing process.
- Drink plenty of mineral water or herbal teas which will help flush out the toxins from your body.
- Avoid intake of coffee, tea and alcohol - drink fresh juices
- Eat light meals only, a healthy diet consisting of fruit, vegetables, fish & chicken - as your energy is used to digest food please avoid heavy meals such as red meats, processed foods & alcohol. In order for your body to heal you need good energy.
- Smokers Cut down! As smoking intoxicates the body and leads to long-term health issues.
- Keep warm the areas that have been treated, to avoid muscle cramps.
- Avoid the sun or any heat treatments or excessive exercise immediately after the massage.
- Soak yourself in an Epsom salt/Magnesium flake bath which will soothe aching muscles and joints which will help restore and relax your body.

- Purchase a course of treatments to help maintain a consistent routine of self care within your busy lifestyle
- Sign up to a local gym and attend at least 3 days a week, join classes or get a personal trainer
Create healthy habits for your mind, body and spirit
- Meditate/Pray (guided meditation)
- Journal (write to your inner child, to yourself and in a goal planner)
- Exercise (Gym, Swimming, Yoga/Pilates, online workouts)
- Hydrate (loads of water daily)
- Eat healthier (more fruit and vegetables in your diet)
- Detox your body every 3- 6 months
- Quit habits such as smoking or alcohol consumption
- Pamper yourself (dates with yourself, spa day, mini solo vacation, etc).

- Take care of your emotional and mental health (therapy or counselling )
